Goals For October

September 28, 2016

Reflecting back on my 'Goals for September' blog post, I achieved a lot of what I wanted to do. The only one of my goals I slacked on was working out (which to be fair, I knew I wouldn't do that much of).

I thought I would write one of these lists for every month, because if I publish somewhere what I'd like to achieve, I have more of a reason to strive to complete them.

Socialise more. Over the summer, a lot of my friends in Bristol were at home, or were working full time, so it wasn't easy to hang out with them. In October, I'd like to try and see more people and get out the house to do more things.

Stay on top of uni work. I'm only three weeks into uni, so the course load isn't at it's worst yet, but it's coming. I really want to stay on top of the workload because this will make me be more relaxed and stress out less.

Pass my theory test. My theory test was booked for August, however, when I went to the test centre, there was a lot of drama as they put someone else sitting my test. So the DVLA have booked me back in for October 4th at 8am (which my dad seems to think is too early for me, haha). So I'd really like to pass it so I can then focus completely on the practical one.

Cook more home made meals. When I'm in uni, I can get quite lazy about cooking proper meals as I get really tired. This month I really want to push myself to cook more meals, and different ones at that.

Although there aren't many goals on this list, I think it's more achievable than writing a really long list!

What are your goals for the next month?
