Bloggers Hub and Bloggers Who Brunch Event

October 26, 2016

On Saturday I went to my first ever blog event. I dragged my self out of bed and headed to Soho, London where the Bloggers Hub and Bloggers Who Brunch event was being held.

I decided to go so last minute, and the night before I was so panicked! What do I wear? Will anyone talk to me? What if I end up sitting by myself?

But honestly, these were such stupid things looking back at it. Sometimes the blogging community can have such a bad name, but the girls that I met on Saturday are some of the nicest girls I've ever met!

I met up with Isobel and Emily before hand, and it made me feel so much better because I now wouldn't have to walk in alone. I was actually really proud of myself for doing that, baring in mind I
had met Isobel the day before on Twitter and only had her profile picture to go by!

They had rented out a cute apartment just off of Oxford Street for the day. The room was completely kitted out in blogworthy props and areas, but I didn't photograph many as I was too busy talking to people and eating cake!

Obviously, what would be a cute blogger event without pink prosecco and cupcakes?! Although it was a real struggle to combat my hunger whilst all the bloggers lined up to take photographs of them.

One of my favourite things about this event was how many different people were there. People who had been blogging for years, months, and even just weeks. I honestly had so much fun at this event, and am so excited at the thought of attending more and connecting with so many other bloggers.
